We aim to deliver all orders on the same day. However, delivery timelines are subject to product availability, order volume, and availability of delivery partners.

Since we deal in grocery and daily essentials, returns are not accepted once the order is delivered.

However, in case you receive a damaged, expired, or incorrect item, please inform us within 10 minutes of delivery with clear images or details.

After verification, we will provide a replacement or refund, as applicable.
