Service Area

Baskon Mart currently operates and delivers orders only within Jammu & Kashmir. Orders placed outside the serviceable area may be cancelled.

Orders & Availability

All products listed on our platform are subject to availability. We reserve the right to limit quantities, refuse service, or cancel orders at our discretion.

Delivery

We aim to deliver all orders on the same day. However, delivery timelines are subject to product availability, order volume, and availability of delivery partners.

Pricing & Payments

All prices are listed in INR and are inclusive of applicable taxes unless stated otherwise. Full payment must be completed at the time of placing the order.

No Returns Policy

Since we deal in grocery and daily essentials, returns are not accepted once the order is delivered, except in cases of damaged, expired, or incorrect items as outlined in our Return & Refund Policy.

Cancellations & Refunds

Orders once placed cannot be cancelled after dispatch. Refunds, if approved, will be processed as per our Return & Refund Policy.

User Responsibility

Customers are responsible for providing accurate delivery details. Baskon Mart will not be liable for delays or non-delivery caused due to incorrect information.

Limitation of Liability

Baskon Mart shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services.
